Community Based Program

***Direct Support Program to Assist with Weight Loss & Fitness: Minimum Class - 5 Members

Monday through Friday - 6:00 to 7:00PM & 7:00 to 8:00PM

Saturdays - 8:00 to 9:00AM. 9:00 to 10:00AM, 10:00 to 11:00AM, & 11:00 to 12:00Noon

Program Options:

  • Plan 0-One Session Try-Out
  • Plan 1-One Day Per Week (four sessions per month)
  • Plan 2-Three Sessions Per Week (Mon,Wed,Fri or Tues,Thurs,Sat)
  • Plan 3-Monday thru Friday
  • Plan 4-Monday thru Saturday

Education Support Program
